Maurice Watkins

Prior to GroupArgent, Maurice was a banker and the CFO at Milbank Roy, an investment banking firm he co-founded in 2005.  During his tenure, the firm closed mergers & acquisitions and capital placement transactions in excess of $250M in aggregate value in the online media, software and defense technology verticals.

As an investment professional at The Zanett Group, a middle market investment firm, Maurice assisted with the identification and execution of private equity transactions in the defense and information technology verticals. During his tenure, the team completed six transactions and built a large pipeline of potential investment targets.

As an information technology specialist at IBM, Maurice was responsible for marketing and implementing software and services solutions to large corporate clients and government entities.

Maurice holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
